Asian is modern fusion restaurant on the famous Avenue George V in central Paris. The decor is designer and is built around traditional wooden furniture and ornament. Beautifully coloured drapes hang from the ceiling while columns of light, bamboo and candles create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The cuisine is a mixture of different Asian influences combined together to meet Western expectations. The house speciality is the Roast Raw Tuna, rolls of tuna and salmon flash fried to be barely cooked with a mustard sauce.
