Les Alchimistes is a trendy French restaurant in the 2nd district of Paris. The atmosphere is that of a lounge bar with background music and low lighting. Unusually for a French restaurant they serve some of the more expensive wines by the glass. The chef, Stéphane Ewangelista is well known within French gastronomic circles and shows great talent in combining sauces with various cuts of meat or fish.
