Jean-François Piège has put together a classic French menu that takes a few incursions into contemporary cuisine. Using only the highest quality ingredients and drawing on his unique savoir-faire, he offers 'honest' dishes that reflect the changing seasons, and shares his fascination for good food with the guests.
