The Palace Elysées restaurant is in the so called Golden Triangle in central Paris near the Champs Elysées. Behind the chrome letters of the facade you'll find a large lounge area with chic lacquered tables and magnificent white leather arm chairs and lots of green potted plants. The chic furnishing continues in the restaurant area with white furniture dominating. On a giant screen relaxing images of virtual gardens or glamorous scenes from 1960s Italian films are shown. The chef Hervé Nepple has put together a menu of mouth watering recipes such as the veal rounds with creamy polenta and cardamom sauce or the caramelised Black cod served with teriyaki sauce and black rice.
